Pro Personnel’s Permanent Placement fee is 7 (%) percent. The placement fee will be calculated on the annual cost to company salary paid to the employee.

The client will be invoiced on commencement of duties by the applicant on a permanent basis. The placement fee will be due within 7 days in order to qualify for the 3 months guarantee.

Pro Personnel’s Temporary Placement fee is 15 (%) percent. The placement fee will be calculated on the monthly cost to company salary paid to the employee.

When an employee is placed with the client on a temporary basis and the employee is engaged by the client on a permanent basis. The client will be liable for a placement fee of 7 (%) percent of the remainder of the year.
